However, if you are planning to move into/out of a downtown high rise building, there is a specific protocol we follow on a timeline, to guarantee our certificate of general liability can be sent to the proper building management officer, listing the building as an "Additionally insured" member of the policy. This process can take up to 5 business days to completion, hence the necessary forward planning.
